Civilizations from all across the globe have their own rituals and methods of preparations, each one resulting in a unique style, flavor, and brand of coffee. Respected members of the community gifted in the art of coffee-making are bestowed the high honor of “Barista,” and prepare coffee for those in need. Originating in Italy, the term refers to bartenders specializing in creating hot coffee beverages. Only the most talented steamers, frothers, and brewers are able to attain this eminent title, and while many think they can pull out a bag of beans and percolate a pot of the greatest coffee on earth, the job takes real skill and knowledge. You must be one with the beans, forever experimenting with the perfect brew.
Luckily, Magiquiz Roasters has decided to hire you part-time behind the counter of our coffee shop. Do you have what it takes to hack it as a Barista? This is the big leagues, kid, so no messing around. Few will earn a spot on our permanent roster, so don’t let this opportunity pass you by!
Go ahead and take this quiz to see if your coffee knowledge stacks up to the pros. Depending on your score, you’ll find out if you’re a Barista. Don’t forget to share your results, and if you make a few bad cups of coffee, make sure to go back and see which answers you missed!
