I wasn’t some kind of delicate flower, but I never did anything really bad. I’ve mostly moved on from that though.
Some people used to call me a villain. My priorities have changed recently though.
Past? More like dark present.
I’ve always tried my hardest to make good choices, but I still have some secrets I’m not proud of.
No more so than anyone else. We all do what we have to to end up on top.

The world is better off without them.
It would be hard, but I would probably take their place.
For my family I would do anything, but I’m also not about to give myself up. I’m sure I could find a way to save them and myself.
I’m not sure if I would or not. For the person I love, I would though.

I’m very careful. It’s how I’ve gotten to where I am today. Some people have even called me cowardly, but I call it intelligent.
I can be incredibly rash. I’m trying to be more thoughtful.
I’m not brash or bold. I get scared easily. But sometimes I am impulsive.
I think I’m a good balance. When action needs to happen, I take it, but otherwise I try to think things through.
The world is too dangerous to do anything without thinking it through in every detail.

If you were given the chance to live forever, would you?

Life has been hard enough on me already. I don’t want more.
It’s what I want more than anything.
I don’t want to die, but I’m not sure if I want to live forever.
Being alive at all is a gift.
I’ve seen what it looks like when someone becomes obsessed with cheating death. I don’t want that.

Do you have enemies?

Some people find it easy to pick on me, so I have a fair number of people who take advantage of me.
Not really. I’ve had disagreements and difficulties with people, but there aren’t many people who have serious problems with me.
People have done awful things to me in the past, which has made them my enemies.
You don’t get as successful as I am without some enemies.
People don’t understand my priorities and values. They think I’m bad, so they become my enemies.

In Storybrooke, there are some powerful people. Would you consider yourself one of them?

No way. I try not to draw attention to myself.
I have a powerful family, but I’m a bit of a black sheep.
No matter where I am, I will find a way to have power. Power is safety.
I am more powerful than anyone else I know.
I have some power. I know how to survive and I often know how to accomplish my goals, but I am not looking to be a king or queen.

How far are you willing to go to get what you want?

I’m incredibly persistent, but I have my limits. Sometimes I cross boundaries to get what I want, but I do have my own code.
For some things, I’ve gone to extreme lengths, but I’ve never done anything that could hurt others.
I will do anything to get what I want.
There are one or two things that are off limits, but almost anything I will do to get what I want.
I’ve had to give up a lot of things I wanted. It’s just part of life.

Are there people who would sacrifice themselves to save your life?

There are people who will protect me because I demand it.
There might be one person, but it’s unlikely.
I don’t want to think about that idea, but there might be.
I would never let them, even though I know at least one who would want to.

How often does you surprise people with your behavior?

I’m predictable if you think about what motivates me. I’m very consistent.
I only surprise people by knowing more than them.
Somehow I manage to keep doing it. It’s easy for people to expect the worst of me for some reason.
Not very often, but when I do it’s a big surprise.
There are a lot of complicated factors in my life. When people don’t know them, they are often surprised by what I do.
