How often do the ingredients quinoa, kale, or acai get featured in your recipes?

Literally never.
Probably most days.
I’ve certainly tried them before, but I try not to let any ingredient dominate my meals.
I don’t love them, but sometimes I try to make myself eat them because I know they’re good for me.
I prefer more basic fruits and veggies, personally.

I plan my full week each Sunday.
I usually have an idea of what I’d like to make for the week when I go grocery shopping on the weekend, but I stay flexible.
I don’t do much planning. I go with what sounds good on any given day.
I don’t really cook much, so meal planning is pretty minimal.
Someone else plans my meals for me.

I take a long brunch and call it a day.
I find a new paleo recipe I’ve been meaning to try, something that will give me tons of leftovers for the week.
Some truly amazing meat.
I find the recipe with the weirdest ingredients I can and test that!
I take the time to make my grandma’s awesome recipe, plus a pie for dessert.

I like all in one dishes.
I try to keep it simple, so usually just one main, and if I’m ambitious I’ll add a carb or a veg.
I try to have a few different things in every meal to keep it balance. Protein, carb, veg.
