Remember card catalogs at libraries? No? Well, you’re probably under 21. Jurassic Park used to be the most technologically advanced movie we could ever dream of. For as much as we felt like in the new millennium, we’d all be riding around in flying cars, no one ever anticipated anything being better than a whole store full of whatever movie you want and can rent at any time? Well, now we have Netflix. Sorry, Blockbuster! If you really stopped to think about outdated technology you used to be obsessed with, you’d probably feel super old, so we don’t. But we’re definitely going to do that now.
Go back and think of what you used to use to do every day tasks. Technology has made some great strides, but what do you remember from when you were a kid? It doesn’t need to be Thursday to have a full-on throwback. Let’s get in a time machine and dig around in that memory of yours. Tell us what outdated technology you definitely owned and used and we’ll accurately deduce which generation you are. It’s science.
