There are a thousand and a half quizzes out there claiming to sort you into the correct Hogwarts house – and while we’re sure they’re fine – they’re forgetting one key, crucial element to take into account: the Sorting Hat sorts eleven-year-olds. First years. Not grown-ups or anyone older than 11. Mind-blowing, right? So, who you are now is probably not where you would have been back then. Do you remember who you even were in sixth grade? I know we all blacked out those middle school years for survival reasons, but try to recall, okay?

On behalf of Hogwarts, we’d like to apologize that your acceptance letter got lost in the mail, but it’s important that we sort you now that that issue has been resolved.
